Your Mission
As Product Manager Cyber Security, you will be instrumental in designing and deploying cyber security strategies tailored to the maritime domain. You’ll collaborate with Marlink’s cyber specialists to integrate solutions that protect customer IT and OT assets while ensuring compliance with industry standards such as NIST and NIS2. You’ll also drive go-to-market initiatives in close partnership with sales and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage elements of Marlink’s global maritime cyber security portfolio.
- Develop and implement cyber security frameworks aligned with maritime regulations and customer needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to address cyber security challenges in offshore environments.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity within the MSSP space.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver complex solutions effectively.
- Champion a culture of excellence, inclusion, and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in product management within telecommunications or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of cyber security principles; knowledge of operational technology (OT) is a plus.
- Excellent command of English, with confidence in presenting to internal teams, customers, and public audiences.
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimisation.
