Senior Project Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our PMO team, driving high-complexity projects and delivering exceptional results.
What you’ll do
- Oversee and coordinate highly complex IT & OT projects from start to finish
- Manage internal teams and client stakeholders
- Ensure projects comply with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Oversee the creation and delivery of project documentation
- Improve project methodologies and introduce new technologies in line with market trends
- Mentoring and supporting professional growth of team members
What you bring
- 8+ years of working experience in the IT industry
- 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in complex environments (integration projects)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- PMP / CAPM / PRINCE2 certification or equivalent
- Understanding of IT enterprise architecture, networks, and security technologies
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) – experience working in international teams is a plus
- Proactive, adaptable and problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges
- Strong sense of confidentiality & teamwork – ability to handle sensitive data responsibly
- Passion for cybersecurity
