Credit Analyst (Europe) - Bratislava

We are looking for an experienced Credit analyst in Bratislava for our strategic customers in Europe. Reporting to the Order to Cash Manager in the UK. This role will draw upon close relationships across the Lead to Cash value chain and is critical in ensuring our customers receive the best experience from the point of order to the point of payment.
You will be responsible for a portfolio of customers working closely with various departments, including sales, customer service, and finance, to ensure that all aspects of the credit process are followed effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Credit Management. If you are passionately customer centric and understand that converting a sale into cash is an art as well as a science, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Following up the credit process for Europe including credit management, collections, and query management.
- Collaborate with sales, customer operations, and finance departments to ensure alignment and adherence to agreed O2C protocols.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) .
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise within the order to cash cycle.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support overall business objectives.
Requirements:
University education (Bachelor's degree)
Business administration, Finance or a related field
Credit Management - Skillful
- English language to the highest professional standard
- French language to the highest professional standard
- Degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Professional Qualification (MCICM, CCP, RGCP or equivalent) is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in credit management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong team-player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
