Financial Analyst (Fixed-Term Contract)

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a temporary Finance Analyst for Australia.

What challenges await you?

• Duties Supporting the Financial Control Team locally

• Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
• Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare reports on cash flow, aging, and payment status
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

• Identify and report problems with a sense of urgency, partnering with the business to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Request billing from the various providers and intercompany colleagues

What do we expect from you?

• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions
• Be a professional with a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
• Have advanced knowledge of Excel and experience in process improvement and automation in control implementation.
• Knowledge of D365 and tools like Tableau, MS, Data Analytics is desirable.
• Work with best practices to maximize area performance.
