Marlink introduces Sealink Multi-LEO connectivity as a single, fleet-wide managed service

Delivering improved availability and resilience by integrating high-throughput, low-latency LEO networks

Oslo and Paris, 03.03.2026. Marlink, a global leader in secure managed services for business-critical digital solutions, has introduced Sealink Multi-LEO, a new hybrid connectivity service that delivers a single, fully managed data allowance across the Starlink and Eutelsat OneWeb low Earth orbit satellite networks, with future LEO networks to be added when they become available.

Sealink Multi-LEO gives shipowners and operators access to secure, high-throughput, and low-latency LEO connectivity through one service model and commercial framework. By delivering a single data allowance across multiple LEO solutions under one monthly subscription, the service addresses the operational, technical and commercial complexity associated with managing parallel satellite services, while improving link availability and resilience across global trading routes. Operational benefits include:

  • Improved availability, helping to mitigate geofencing constraints and maintain service continuity in areas of geopolitical risk
  • Increased redundancy through the combination of multiple LEO networks and improved security through Marlink Cyber’s unified solutions portfolio
  • Predictable investment in high-speed onboard internet, with the flexibility to incorporate additional networks as part of hybrid connectivity solutions

For fleet operators, Sealink Multi-LEO can be deployed on a vessel-by-vessel basis or configured with optional pooling models that allow data allowances to be shared across multiple vessels within a fleet. This flexibility enables operators to align connectivity consumption with operational profiles while maintaining a consistent service experience across vessels. Data packages ranging from 500 gigabytes to 10 terabytes are available.

Carrier-agnostic and cyber-secure by design, Sealink Multi-LEO’s orchestration enables seamless connectivity by dynamically selecting networks based on performance, coverage and availability. This approach supports service continuity across varying regions, routes and operating conditions, helping maintain consistent digital performance for business-critical applications and crew connectivity.

The launch of Sealink Multi-LEO reflects the growing role of LEO connectivity in supporting maritime digitalisation, operational efficiency and crew welfare. Marlink delivers carrier agnostic hybrid network solutions from its Possibility Platform enabling centralised visibility, policy control and orchestration across connectivity, cyber security, cloud and IT services.

Demand for LEO connectivity continues to grow as shipowners look for higher performance and greater predictability at sea. With Sealink Multi-LEO, we are bringing together leading LEO networks into a single, fully managed service model that simplifies operations while delivering the performance and resilience our customers expect. Built on Marlink’s long experience of network orchestration, Sealink Multi-LEO serves as a new generation of connectivity, ensuring LEO services are delivered in a way that is operationally consistent, secure.
